    Not fair

    Product came in sealed but half empty almost like it evaporated. Wasn’t happy with that at all. Tried writing an email to ahow pictures and it would not go through.

    Hi Priscilla, sorry you had a negative experience with the cleanser. We use a specific tube filling process that requires a larger component, so while it may look like it wasn't full, we can assure you you're still receiving the full 100mL of cleanser.
